Full-Time; Collaborate 4 days on-site with 1 flexible remote day How You'll Make an Impact As a US Supply Chain Scheduler, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, managing production planning and scheduling across the Americas to ensure efficient restocking and order fulfillment. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals across production, operations, logistics, labs, suppliers, and customer-facing teams to deliver reliable, timely, and high-quality supply chain outcomes that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence. In this role, you will: Plan and schedule production activities to meet internal and external demand using SAP. Manage inventory levels of raw materials and intermediates to targeted coverage goals. Order, replenish, and transfer raw materials to support production and warehouse locations. Coordinate with production, warehousing, logistics, customer service, and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment. Expedite orders and troubleshoot planning issues as business priorities dictate. Communicate schedule changes and inventory status to relevant stakeholders. Complete month-end inventory reconciliations and support transportation planning for facilities. Review and process stock transfers between plants and respond to customer and internal requests. Attend production and shutdown meetings and provide guidance to supply chain management. Support standardization efforts and assist with the setup of new systems or facilities. Provide backup support to other planners and perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. At least five years of professional supply chain experience, including production scheduling, inventory planning or management, and working with Material Requirements Planning or Enterprise Resource Planning systems, or a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain with relevant exposure to concepts and implementation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and functions. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple complex tasks efficiently. Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills, including investigating issues, summarizing findings, and proposing creative solutions. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Reliable attendance record. Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward Experience working with
SAP S/4HANA.
