Summary Responsible for the manufacturing and production of company products in alignment with established quality standards, safety practices, and production schedules. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned. Perform all tasks in alignment with company mission, values, policies, and procedures. Transport raw materials and finished goods between production areas and warehouse locations. Prepare materials, equipment, and workstations according to daily and weekly production schedules. Manufacture products following production worksheets, ensuring all items meet required quality specifications. Follow established production timelines to meet priorities, deadlines, and customer demand. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including machines, tools, and equipment. Perform routine operational tasks and assist team members as needed. Operate material‑handling equipment such as dollies, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other production machinery safely and efficiently. Physical Demands Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds. Ability to operate production and warehouse equipment including dollies, forklifts, pallet jacks, and filling machinery. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for the majority of the work shift.
