• What you'll do:
• + Lead creative asset development across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand standards.

+ Review and interpret creative briefs to guide project execution and maintain brand consistency across channels. + Manage visual branding for digital, print, video, and packaging materials, advancing the brand voice through innovative content. + Oversee project management, including budgeting, resource allocation, and collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. + Coach and mentor team members, fostering skill development and performance improvement. + Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and implementing contingency plans to address challenges.
