Used Car Manager

Jim Falk Motors is growing and looking for a high-performing Used Car Manager to lead our inventory acquisition efforts and help drive continued success. This role is ideal for someone with strong automotive experience who understands how to identify, evaluate, and secure quality inventory while leading a team and producing results.

What You'll Do:

Lead and develop a team focused on inventory growth Source and acquire used vehicle inventory through multiple channels Accurately evaluate and appraise vehicles based on market data Negotiate and close deals efficiently Maintain the right mix of inventory to support sales goals Monitor trends and make strategic buying decisions

What We're Looking For:

Proven automotive experience (used car or appraisal experience preferred) Strong ability to value vehicles correctly and confidently Track record of closing deals and producing results Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate a team Self-driven, competitive, and goal-oriented

Compensation & Benefits:
