- The Intake Specialist is responsible for accurate check-in, verification, preparation, and processing of incoming customer card shipments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Receive and check in customer shipments
- Open, inspect, organize, and catalog customer cards
- Process cards through scanning/sifting equipment
- Maintain accurate records and shipment notes throughout the workflow
- Communicate issues to the appropriate department and carry out resolutions
- Keep equipment clean and workspace organized
- Operate and troubleshoot multiple scanning machines including Fujitsu Scanners, ROCA, Phyzbatch, and Cardbot
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to stand and remain on feet for the duration of the shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive arm and shoulder movements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Not a sedentary role, consistent physical activity throughout the shift is expected
- Must adhere to all workplace safety regulations and procedures

- Starting pay of $20.00 per hour
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week, set schedule, consistent shift
- 30-day onboarding period with check-ins and support to set you up for success
- Paid time off: 10 + 2 days per year, plus 4 paid company holidays
