• THE ROLE

• The Intake Specialist is responsible for accurate check-in, verification, preparation, and processing of incoming customer card shipments.

• WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Receive and check in customer shipments
• Open, inspect, organize, and catalog customer cards
• Process cards through scanning/sifting equipment
• Maintain accurate records and shipment notes throughout the workflow
• Communicate issues to the appropriate department and carry out resolutions
• Keep equipment clean and workspace organized
• Operate and troubleshoot multiple scanning machines including Fujitsu Scanners, ROCA, Phyzbatch, and Cardbot

• PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to stand and remain on feet for the duration of the shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive arm and shoulder movements
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Not a sedentary role, consistent physical activity throughout the shift is expected
• Must adhere to all workplace safety regulations and procedures

• Starting pay of $20.00 per hour
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week, set schedule, consistent shift
• 30-day onboarding period with check-ins and support to set you up for success
