Your Job Our Diboll, Texas Particleboard Facility is seeking a qualified individual to join our manufacturing team as a Utility . This position will create value by supporting production . Our Diboll facility is a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Shift Information:

7:00am

• 3:30pm and 5:00am
• 1:30pm. Weekends and overtime as instructed by the department Supervisor. Our Utility Team must be able and will ing to work rotating 12
• hour shifts to support the Production Department as necessary .

Individuals in this position are also required to work on holidays, weekends, and any necessary overtime.

Pay Information:

Pay starts at $19.00 per hou r . Our Team Georgia-Pacific's Diboll Particleboard facility uses state of the art innovation and technology to manufacture particle board for the construction and cabinetry industry. Our particle board is used primarily in custom cabinetry and in self-assembled cabinetry sold by international furniture stores. To learn more about our Building Products division, visit www.buildgp.com What You Will Do Ownership of general housekeeping throughout the mill Assistance with all department down days Upkeep of mill landscaping, and mobile equipment operations Encourage and practice teamwork by treating others with dignity, respect, and sensitivity Follow job related instructions as directed by the supervisor Work in challenging, high-volume environments (heat, cold, humidity, grease, dust, noise, etc.) Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety PPE Employees may be assigned to various departments throughout the facility. Following is a list of physical and environmental demands for these departments : Working at heights including elevated cat walks Working in a non-climate-controlled environment which includes hot, humid, dusty, and cold conditions Perform work in an outdoor environment, exposing one to the elements Perform tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs., walking, stooping, standing, repetitively pushing and/or pulling up to 12 hours per day Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) One year or more of experience working in an industrial, warehouse, military, farming, construction, mechanical or production environment What Will Put You Ahead One year or more of experience on operating a forklift, front end loader, or other mobile equipment One year or more of experience working in the plywood, lumber, or timber industry Two or more years of experience working in a industrial or manufacturing environment Experience operating, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting mechanical equipment Experience using hand tools, including but not limited to; wrenches, ratchets, hammers and/or screwdrivers Experience conducting or attending safety meetings in a manufacturing environment At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
