Starting Wage:

$27.86/hr Looking for a hands‑on role in a manufacturing environment? We're hiring a Utility Operator to support day‑to‑day plant operations and help keep production running smoothly. No experience required—we will train.

What You'll Do:

Operate and monitor plant equipment like dryers, mills, bins, and hoppers Keep raw material levels, temperatures, and production flowing smoothly Help prevent equipment issues and report concerns Provide relief for other production roles as needed Perform basic preventative maintenance and housekeeping Communicate with teammates and support smooth shift handoffs Follow safety rules and wear required

PPE What We're Looking For:

General plant or manufacturing experience is a plus (not required) Basic math, reading, and mechanical skills Willingness to learn and cross‑train on different equipment Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable, detail‑oriented, and safety‑focused Comfortable working independently at times

Work Environment:

Rotating shifts Dust, noise, and temperature changes Working around machinery and mobile equipment Climbing ladders, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally more) If you're detail‑oriented and enjoy hands‑on, physical work, we'd love to have you on our team!
