WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
In this role, you will meet with homeowners, evaluate roofing needs, and guide customers through potential solutions.
Responsibilities include:
Meeting with homeowners daily to discuss roofing concerns and potential solutions Performing inspections and explaining restoration options when applicable Presenting roofing systems backed by strong warranties and manufacturer support Participating in weekly training and mentorship designed to help you improve your skills This position provides hands-on experience that helps build confidence, sales ability, and professional growth.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Compensation is performance-based and reflects both experience and production. Typical ranges for team members include:
First Month:
approximately $4,000 to $6,000 depending on activity and results
First Year:
many representatives earn between $80,000 and $200,000 Top performing representatives may exceed these ranges based on production Advancement opportunities are available for individuals who consistently perform and demonstrate leadership ability.
