Position Overview Support Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) Airspace, Ranges, and Airfield Operations Division (A3A) by providing technical, logistical, and operational support to ACC airfields, special use airspace, and ranges. Resources and Budget Division (A3R) provides financial support; fiscal guidance; professional development; civilian manpower; and planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) for the Operations Directorate (A3). International Affairs Security Cooperation (IAS) supports Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to include foreign military participation in United States (U.S)-hosted exercises. Essential Job Function Provide technical and analytical support to the HQ ACC/Airspace, Ranges and Airfield Operations Division (A3A) and ACC/Test and Training Division (A5T) staffs in the development and integration of requirements into existing and /or planned systems Assist in planning documents and activities such as investment needs, various acquisition activities, requirements development, requirements prioritization, and developmental planning. Provide technical and analytical assistance including evaluating operational capabilities and addressing operational needs for range capabilities. Provide development , analysis and process assistance in all PIM activities. Assist in the development, validation and coordination of varied requirements documents including AF Forms 1067, Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capability Development Documents (CDD), Capability Production Documents (CPD), and Capstone Requirements Documents (CRD. Assist A3A Program Managers (PMs) with the development of division funding packages to include Range Budget Initial Distribution, Annual Execution Plans, unfunded requirement validations, travel requirements, draft DEAMS documents, etc. Create and maintain program documents and files such as spreadsheets, databases, briefings slides, and correspondence. Advise ACC/A3A and ACC/A5T on operational, logistics, and technical issues, transition strategy, project schedules, program plans, and other time-sensitive documents. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, in Accounting or Finance 3 years' experience USAF MAJCOM or higher in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) developing Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Command level Financial Execution Plans Secret Clearance required Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
