Vacation rental (Cottage/Airbnb) caretaker/cleaner in Wetmore, MI (LOP)

We are looking for a cleaning couple (wife/husband or 2 sisters) to take care of a vacation rental/Airbnb) in Wetmore MI. •

4 bedrooms : (1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Full over Queen bunkbeds 2 bathrooms: (full): shower, sink (2), toilet Washer/Dryer at the home for washing/changing the linens (detergent provided).

Garbage:

Needs to be bagged and put into the dumpster on the property. NO PETS allowed. We are looking for partners who are: 1. Able to clean meticulously and quickly , as you need to in an upscale hotel environment. 2. Hard-working, a solid work ethic is essential. 3. Trust-worthy, you are in someone's home 4. Flexible at times with their work hours, yet are able to adhere to a schedule (normally a 4-5 hour block of time between 10am-4pm) 5. Assist guests, as needed if there are issues during their stay. 5. Reliable (transportation and timeliness is a must) 6. GARBAGE must be removed by the cleaner and placed in the dumpster 7.

LAUNDRY:

There is a washer/dryer at the property to use with provided detergent/dryer sheets. 8.

HOT TUB:

Must be able to wipe down, skim and fill the chemicals between each clean. (We have a maintenance team who will change the water.) The position requires cleaning at the level you would find in an upscale hotel. Minor repairs (or at least noting them) may also be required.
