VAC/WATER TRUCK SUPERVISOR

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

VAC TRUCK SUPERVISOR

to lead and oversee the efficient operation of vacuum truck services. In this role, you will manage a team of dispatchers, truck pushers, and water hauling/vac truck drivers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to supervise a skilled team while maintaining a focus on quality service delivery in diverse environments. Responsibilities Supervise daily vac/water truck operations on drilling rigs, completions and production Lead and coordinate a team of truck pushers, dispatchers and drivers to ensure timely and safe completion of jobs Monitor safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations during operations Manage scheduling, training, paperwork and performance evaluations for team members with a focus on leadership development Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment maintenance, safety incidents, and operational logs Qualifications Proven supervising experience of water hauling/vac trucks Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively in fast-paced environments Experience with Permian and Delaware Basin Knowledge of softwares being used in the industry such as Gemini and Ironsight Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills Ability to follow safety protocols meticulously and ensure team compliance Prior experience supervising water trucks, vac trucks is a must Join us as a
