Miami Parking Inc. is a professional parking management company providing valet and parking services throughout South Florida. We pride ourselves on delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused parking solutions while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service. Valet Parking - On site Manager We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Valet Parking Manager to join our team at a condominium property. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering excellent service and maintaining a smooth, safe valet operation. Requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus) Minimum of 1-3 years of valet parking experience; supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and customer service skills Responsible, trustworthy, and professional demeanor Valid Driver's License (Learner's Permits not accepted) Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles (if applicable) Tech Savvy, knowledgeable with reports using Microsoft and comfortable in valet systems Key Responsibilities - On site Manager Oversee daily valet operations to ensure efficient vehicle flow, safety, and exceptional guest service Supervise, coach, and support valet attendants and runners during all shifts Train new hires on valet procedures, safety standards, customer service expectations, and company policies Create and manage employee work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and compliance with labor requirements Act as the primary liaison between Miami Parking Inc. and the property's management team Address and resolve guest concerns, incidents, and service issues in a professional and timely manner Monitor staff performance and enforce company standards and property-specific rules Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (attendance, incidents, revenue, and performance) Ensure accurate key control, ticketing procedures, and cashless transaction compliance (if applicable) Maintain a safe, organized, and professional valet stand and parking areas Assist with vehicle parking and retrieval as needed to support operations during peak times Report accidents, damages, or policy violations promptly and accurately Support HR and management with onboarding, training documentation, and disciplinary actions when necessary Preferred Qualifications Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods Experience managing high-volume traffic environments Availability for day, evening, and overnight shifts
