Varsity Head Cheerleading Coach Season:
Fall 2026; August 24, 2026 to October 2026 Position Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Varsity Head Cheer Coach to lead our school's cheerleading program with enthusiasm, expertise, and a passion for inspiring students. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a cheerleading team, fostering team spirit, and promoting a positive, inclusive environment. Your leadership will motivate students to excel both athletically and personally, creating memorable experiences that build confidence and teamwork. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of cheerleaders while promoting school pride and athletic excellence.

Other duties may be assigned: Guide the personal development of each student-athlete on the roster.
  • Organize, communicate, and execute daily practice plans.
  • Communicate weekly schedules to parents.
  • Support athletes in the college recruiting process.
  • Meet with the AD at the beginning and end of every season.
  • Prepare and condition athletes.
  • Lead game day equipment preparations and set up.
  • Coordinate with Athletics to create social media content.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation:
The salary of $7,000 is based on one season of coaching . The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful external applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

Must be able to move around campus.
