Virginia Beach, VA; San Diego, CA; Niland, CA; Poca, WV; Agana, Guam; Honolulu, HI; Stennis, MS SkyBridge Tactical is a Prime Contractor for MSOFS and a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Tampa, FL, founded in 2008 to support our customers' global security, operational and training needs, focusing on mission success in the most challenging environments. SBT current contracts address U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Department of State (DoS) demand for highly skilled professionals to solve problems in the interest of national security. This position is contingent upon contract award. Position Overview Leads day-to-day vehicle maintenance shop operations and serves as the primary liaison between contractor mechanics and Government fleet managers to maintain maintenance workflow, operational efficiency, and equipment readiness. Key Responsibilities Coordinate access to CESE/MHE, shop workflow, maintenance schedules, and use of Government-furnished equipment Manage labor flow, parts status, Fleet Focus documentation, and shop issue resolution Support safe, timely maintenance execution and maintain equipment readiness Communicate with Government stakeholders on priorities, delays, and repair status Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of shop supervisor experience in OEM dealership, commercial maintenance, or military maintenance environment Proficiency with Asset Works Fleet Focus Knowledge of safety, hazardous materials handling, and installation access requirements U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain installation access, and Secret clearance where required Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting NSW, SOF, NAVFAC, or DoD fleet maintenance missions Experience supervising dispersed teams Active Secret clearance Benefits Overview SkyBridge Tactical LLC provides a comprehensive fringe benefits package designed to promote employee well-being, financial stability, and professional growth.
