At RTG, we do a lot of commercial and fleet work—vans, trucks, trailers, wall graphics, and small signage installs—the kind of projects you'll see out on the road and in businesses every day. We care about clean installs, good workflow, and getting the job done right without cutting corners. If you take pride in your work and don't need someone looking over your shoulder to get it done right, you'll fit in well here. What You'll Be Doing Installing full and partial wraps (mostly commercial/municipal/fleet work) Working on a mix of vehicles, wall graphics, and signage Prepping and finishing installs the right way (no shortcuts) Jumping in on production when needed Communicating with customers during installs when you're on-site What We're Looking For Ideally 2-5+ years of wrap experience (or solid portfolio) Someone who can install independently and efficiently Detail-oriented—you actually care how the final product looks Reliable and consistent (this matters a lot to us) Comfortable in a customer-facing environment Basic computer skills (we use Trello to stay organized) Bonus points if you have: Production experience 3M, Avery, or similar certifications The Details Competitive pay based on experience Paid certifications available (non-compete applies) Opportunity to grow with the company as your skills grow A Little About RTG We're a growing shop that takes pride in our work.
