Learn more about us at www.snackhives.com About the Role We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Vending Specialist to support our operations by ensuring our vending machines are always stocked, clean, and functioning. This is a customer-facing role, perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, has great time management skills, and takes pride in doing things right the first time. We are looking for who can commit to 5-10 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Restock vending machines across assigned routes using inventory lists and delivery schedules Track and manage product inventory levels, expiration dates, and popular items Maintain cleanliness and presentation of each vending machine Troubleshoot and report basic technical issues or malfunctions Interact with building managers or customers as needed, professionally representing Snack Hives Ensure timely completion of restocking routes and accurate daily logs of completed tasks Required Qualifications Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle Prior experience restocking or servicing vending machines (or similar field experience) Comfortable lifting and moving boxes (up to 50 lbs) Strong attention to detail and self-motivated work ethic Ability to use a mobile app for logging tasks and inventory What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule with potential for growth Work with a brand focused on wellness, innovation, and community A supportive, startup-style culture that values ownership and efficiency Snack Hives is an equal opportunity employer.
