Join Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center as a Per-Diem Vent NURSE (RN or LPN) and be part of the Oriol Health Care family on a per-diem basis 6:45PM-7:15AM ! Oriol Health Care is a family owned and operated company, providing outstanding care for the past 60 years! As a Nurse on our Respiratory Care Unit at Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our patients. The Respiratory Unit is a specialty unit providing care to patients with ALS, Traumatic Brain Injury and Ventilator Dependency. The desired candidate will have a passion for caring for residents needing 24-hour critical care in a long-term care environment. • Must complete two shifts monthly, including one weekend shift. Pay Range (depending on experience):
LPN:
$33.00•$39.444/hr (Plus Shift Differentials)
RN:
$40.00•$48.62/hr (Plus Shift Differentials)
RN, BSN:
$42.00•$50.62/hr (Plus Shift Differentials)
Responsibilities:
Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records Stay up to date with current research and best practices in nursing Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Valid MA RN or LPN nursing License 1 year of experience is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
