Veterinary Customer Service Representative

Atlantic Veterinary Internal Medicine & Oncology in Hunt Valley, MD is hiring a full- time Customer Service Representative to join our outstanding team!

Schedule:

5 8-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts Daytime, Mon-Fri. No weekends

Compensation:

$18-21/hour

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist setting Demonstrated excellence communication skills Strong desire to learn and grow in the role. Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

Required Skills:

Shares our commitment to our mission, vision, and values. Enthusiastic and compassionate nature, providing an excellent experience for clients. Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook email. Proficient in managing multi-line phone systems for efficient communication. Knowledge of EzyVet and Smartflow software platforms is a plus. Prior experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.
