We are a Level 1 24-hour emergency/critical care and specialty veterinary hospital.

Compensation:

$85,000+ annually

Role:

You'll manage daily ICU and emergency department operations, staff scheduling, client/patient flow, and support staff development while ensuring top-notch patient care and service.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years supervisory/management experience or 4 years in veterinary industry Strong problem-solving, communication, mentorship, and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required Work-Life Balance & Wellness Vacation = 3 weeks per year (increases with tenure at Ethos!)
