We are looking for a Veterinary Engagement Team (VET) Doctor to play a key role in shaping the future of our hospitals, teams, and medicine. This role is intentionally designed for impact: 3 days per week in-clinic mentorship and practicing medicine and surgery 2 days focused on leadership, coaching, and doctor development

What You'll Do:

Practice high-quality medicine and surgery alongside our teams Support hospitals with flow, efficiency, and clinical excellence Coach, mentor, and develop veterinarians across VU Help shape medical standards, protocols, and initiatives Partner with leadership to drive growth, culture, and innovation Play an active role in recruitment, retention, and team development This is a hands-on leadership role , blending clinical work with meaningful influence across the organization.

What We're Looking For:
