Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Check clients in and out
• Answer, screen and forward phone calls
• Ensure lobby area is tidy and presentable
• Ability to write clear and accurate medical notes in patient record
• Ability to read and interpret a patient's medical records
• Ability to triage and educate clients over the phone with doctor's recommendations

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of diseases processes and medical terminology
• Maintain clear communication between doctors and fellow staff members
• Must be professional with outstanding customer service and phone etiquette
• Basic Math skills / Money Handling
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance
