We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Services Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing an exceptional experience for our clients and referring veterinarians, ensuring a seamless and supportive process for those seeking specialty care.

Position Overview:

As a Client Services Representative (CSR), you will be the first point of contact for clients and referring veterinarians. Your ability to set a positive tone, manage sensitive conversations, and coordinate efficiently will be key to ensuring an excellent client experience. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services. Schedule appointments and manage client communications effectively. Assist in coordinating patient care between clients and veterinary staff. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and patient information. Provide compassionate support to clients during their visits or calls. Educate clients on treatment plans and follow-up care as needed.

Requirements:

Serve as the primary contact for clients and referring veterinarians. Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently. Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately. Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment. Communicate with clients regarding treatment plans, follow-ups, and hospital policies. Assist with administrative tasks to support daily hospital operations.
