Veterinary Urgent Care Customer Care Representative

Ramona Animal Urgent Care is a newly opened family run small business located in Ramona, CA. We are looking to build a consistent and dependable team as we grow. We have an immediate opening for a receptionist. Our receptionists are pivotal members of the team. They are the first point of contact for visitors and clients arriving to the hospital. Being well-presented and polite are critical traits.

Job Responsibilities:

 Greeting all clients  Schedule appointments  Transferring calls as necessary  Handle questions via phone, email, and general correspondence  Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis  Possibly managing office supplies  Assisting with mail as required  Receiving and dispatching deliveries  Performing miscellaneous administration duties  Ability to train and utilize internal programs/software  On a daily basis, manage closing out the day's business
