Vice President (Confidential) Location Long Island, NY (On-Site) Compensation Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Equity Participation Opportunity About the Opportunity A growing aerospace, industrial, and technology-enabled distribution platform is seeking a Vice President to help lead the next stage of organizational scale, operational transformation, and organizational development. This is a high-impact executive leadership role for an experienced operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and can bring structure, accountability, leadership, and execution to a growing business undergoing significant modernization and expansion. The company operates nationally and internationally across aerospace and industrial markets and is actively investing in technology, systems, automation, and strategic growth initiatives. The Vice President will serve as a key member of the leadership team reporting directly to the CEO and will help oversee the day-to-day management and execution of the organization across multiple functions and departments. This role is ideal for someone who: enjoys building organizations and teams can manage strong personalities creates accountability without bureaucracy thrives in operational transformation environments can bridge strategy and execution wants meaningful long-term growth opportunity is capable of acting as a true executive partner to the CEO Key Responsibilities Help oversee day-to-day business operations across multiple departments and functional areas Manage and develop department managers and operational personnel Build scalable organizational processes, reporting structures, and accountability systems Drive operational KPIs including customer responsiveness, workflow efficiency, execution quality, and organizational performance Improve delegation, communication, and cross-functional coordination throughout the company Partner closely with the CEO on organizational strategy, execution, and growth initiatives Support ERP, workflow automation, AI, and technology-driven operational initiatives Create visibility into organizational performance through dashboards, metrics, and reporting Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions Help build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, responsiveness, execution, and continuous improvement Assist in strategic projects, business integrations, organizational scaling, and leadership development Qualifications 15+ years of leadership experience in operations, general management, business management, or related executive roles Experience managing managers and cross-functional teams Strong systems and organizational orientation Proven ability to scale teams and operational environments Comfortable operating in entrepreneurial and high-growth settings Strong communication and leadership skills ERP experience required (NetSuite experience strongly preferred) Aerospace, industrial distribution, manufacturing, logistics, technology, or related experience strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and organizational execution Preferred Attributes High ownership mentality Calm under pressure Strong executive judgment Low ego / team-first mindset Data-driven decision maker Technologically adaptive Strong leadership presence Comfortable operating across both strategic and tactical environments Equity Participation Opportunity The company believes strongly in aligning leadership incentives with long-term enterprise value creation.
