Job Description:
Join a highly collaborative and growth-oriented organization where you'll play a key role in driving leasing strategy across a diverse portfolio of commercial space. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Communicate across internal teams to promote the sharing of industry, transactional, leasing, and operational insights through effective use of CRM tools; provide guidance and support to team members Build and maintain strong relationships while proactively sourcing prospective tenants to fill vacancies and drive lease renewals Evaluate prospective tenants and assess proposed uses for alignment Draft leases, negotiate terms, and manage the execution of new and renewal agreements Gather financials, references, and background information on prospective tenants Coordinate space build-outs with construction partners and oversee move-in processes with property management Develop and manage relationships with key customers and national accounts, ensuring alignment with evolving needs Monitor market trends and analyze submarket supply and demand to inform leasing strategy Create and execute annual marketing and leasing plans Oversee multiple projects across various locations simultaneously Stay actively connected within industry networks to identify new leasing, development, and acquisition opportunities Partner with corporate real estate stakeholders to anticipate needs and provide creative leasing solutions Deliver high-level customer service and build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders Identify risks and opportunities impacting performance and recommend strategic action plans Represent the organization at industry events and conferences Support potential expansion initiatives, including lease extensions, acquisitions, and new developments
Qualifications & Skill Requirements Must-Have:
Experience working with CRM platforms Proven success negotiating and closing commercial leases Strong financial analysis skills, including evaluating tenant financials and deal structures Ability to analyze market trends and submarket dynamics to inform leasing strategies
Preferred:
