This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity overseeing vessel operations, operational performance, labor relations, safety, compliance, and strategic operational execution across entire West Coast. Must have Maritime Operations Commercial experience at senior leadership level.

• Multi-site or multi-port operational oversight
• Strong labor / union management experience
• P&L ownership and operational leadership experience
• Vessel operations and regulatory compliance expertise
• Experience leading large operational teams in complex environments
