Salary:
$180,000 - $250,000 Vice President, Product Innovation Join us as our Vice President of Product Innovation and be at the forefront of shaping the future of digital products and experiences in a start-up environment. In this visionary leadership role, you will spearhead the company's end-to-end product strategy, driving innovation, expanding our market impact, and creating high-value offerings that resonate with customers and fuel revenue growth. Collaborate across departments to turn market insights and customer needs into transformative products that set industry standards and position us as a leader in innovation.
Required Skills:
Extensive experience (10+ years) in product development, management, or innovation leadership, preferably within entertainment, igaming, digital innovation, or consumer products. Proven success in bringing complex products to market and managing diverse portfolios. Strategic thinker with strong analytical, financial, and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross-functional teams and fostering innovative cultures. Ability to translate organizational goals into actionable roadmaps with clear success metrics. Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with emerging technologies and partnerships or acquisitions. Certifications such as CPM (AIPMM), CSPO, PSPO, or PCM are highly valued. Expertise in digital product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategies, and portfolio forecasting.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is required. Master's degree in Business Administration or similar advanced qualification is preferred. Deep experience in entertainment, gaming, or digital innovation sectors enhances candidacy.
