Vinyl Wrap & Sign Installation Technician Full-Time | Mansfield, Ohio Area We are a growing custom sign and graphics company looking for an experienced, motivated installer to join our team. This position focuses on vinyl graphics, vehicle wraps, wall graphics, and general sign installation. We are looking for someone who takes pride in clean work, attention to detail, and professionalism on job sites. Responsibilities Install vinyl lettering and graphics on vehicles, windows, walls, and signs Assist with partial and full vehicle wraps Install interior and exterior signs Operate lifts, ladders, and basic installation equipment Prepare surfaces and materials for installation Load/unload materials and maintain organization of install vehicles Work independently and with a team on local install projects Perform basic service and maintenance on existing signage when needed Read work orders, proofs, and measurements accurately Qualifications Experience with vinyl installation and/or vehicle wraps preferred Sign installation experience is a plus Comfortable using ladders and lifts Good mechanical and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50+ pounds Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional appearance and attitude Dependable and punctual Preferred Experience Vehicle wraps Window graphics Dimensional lettering installation Channel letters and exterior signage Can work at heights up to 20 feet Electrical sign experience (helpful but not required) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Stable year-round work Small team environment Opportunity to grow with the company Variety of projects — no two days are the same Pay Pay based on experience and skill level.
