Cross City, FL A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in school-based services with a focus on telespeech. This role is designed for licensed professionals holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology and experience in educational settings. The position requires expertise in delivering remote speech therapy sessions using state-of-the-art
VOCO SLP
technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations, identifying student needs in collaboration with educational staff. Deliver evidence-based telespeech therapy to students with diverse communication disorders, implementing individualized treatment plans. Utilize
VOCO SLP
technology effectively to facilitate remote therapy sessions, ensuring engagement and measurable progress. Maintain accurate documentation of student performance, treatment goals, and progress reports per school guidelines. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support a multidisciplinary approach to student development.
Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist applicable to school settings. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience with telespeech platforms and remote therapy delivery preferred. Strong skills in gathering detailed assessments and developing individualized education plans (IEPs). Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate effectively with school personnel.
