  • Onsite Role in Marshall, MI A special education school district in Marshall, MI, is seeking several licensed School Psychologists to provide essential assessment and support services for K-12 students.
The contract runs from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with up to 40 hours per week available. Candidates will be placed based on their experience in the field.
Location:
Marshall, Michigan Role Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students with diverse learning needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and special education teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct psychological services, including counseling and behavior intervention strategies, onsite Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines related to special education and psychological services Utilize telehealth tools and interventions as applicable, complementing onsite services
Qualifications and Requirements:
Active Michigan School Psychologist license is mandatory (license status can be verified through the Michigan Department of Education credential search system) Experience working with K-12 student populations in school settings, especially in special education Strong assessment, counseling, and collaboration skills tailored to diverse student needs Ability to coordinate effectively with school personnel and families Comfortable working onsite in accordance with the contract schedule, with some telehealth involvement possible
