Visual & Sales Support Associate

Job Overview Miskelly Furniture is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Visual & Sales Support Associate. This role combines creative merchandising with customer service excellence, serving as both a visual associate who enhances the showroom appearance and a service support associate who assists customers and sales associates with transactions and service needs. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate the Miskelly Core Values by doing the right thing, being a humble servant, succeeding together, winning our customers' hearts, and eliminating complexity Rearrange and design showroom floor areas daily to maintain fresh, exciting displays that drive sales Plan and coordinate with floor crew to arrange new furniture and merchandise displays Place decorative accessories and rugs to enhance product presentation Maintain showroom organization ensuring products are properly placed in assigned departments Conduct daily morning showroom walks to ensure tidiness and brand standards Create and update visually appealing, brand-appropriate displays Assist with photo shoots, store renovations, remodels, and new location setup Rearrange and design showroom floor areas daily to maintain fresh, exciting displays that drive sales Place decorative accessories and rugs to enhance product presentation Maintain showroom organization ensuring products are properly placed in assigned areas Conduct daily morning showroom walks to ensure tidiness and brand standards Create and update visually appealing, brand-appropriate displays Assist with photo shoots, store renovations, remodels, and new location setup Communicate effectively with distribution center, merchandising, sales team, marketing, and store management Maintain work area, customer waiting area, and showroom presentation Ensure product selection is shoppable, and trip hazards are managedOther duties as assigned Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2-3 years experience in retail, customer service, visual merchandising, or related field High level of creativity and design talent Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Basic Computer skills and ability to learn the POS system Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Schedule:
