Integrated Life Choices is seeking a Vocational Coordinator for the Lincoln area to help oversee the management staff and direct services for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking a people-oriented leader with great communication and organizational skills to manage the daily operations of these services. The Coordinator is responsible for Overseeing managers and locations of those managers in Lincoln, including training, coordination, and evaluations Overseeing both vocational and supported services programs Ensuring the managers and locations are in compliance with ILC policies and procedures, state and federal regulations relating to support of individuals with Developmental Disabilities Assisting with interviewing, hiring, and training direct support staff and managers Approving all programs ensuring the policies are followed, safety plans, positive support plans, activities, hope and dreams, etc. and/or writes, reviews, updates as needed. Ensuring all assessments have been completed and attached to the programs. Qualifications Qualified applicants
MUST:
Have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field from a four-year college or university, Have 2 or more years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities Have supervisor/manager experience Be at least 20 years of age, and have the ability to work an on-call rotation.
