Job Description
Board of Directors Qualifications Education Level:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Data Science, or other related field will be required Master's degree preferred Seven or more years of progressive leadership experience in AI/ML strategy and delivery, with at least three years in a senior or executive role directing enterprise AI programs. Demonstrated experience leading enterprise AI initiatives in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent organizations, with understanding of clinical workflows, regulatory constraints, and patient safety considerations. Track record of deploying AI solutions at scale in regulated industries with measurable clinical, operational, or financial outcomes. Experience establishing AI governance frameworks, responsible AI practices, and ethics standards within a large enterprise. Experience partnering with data governance and data platform organizations to ensure AI initiatives are supported by high-quality, governed, and compliant data. Experience building and leading high-performing AI teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and AI product managers. Experience navigating healthcare regulatory requirements as they relate to AI includingHIPAA, FDA
guidance on AI/ML-based software, and emerging AI legislation. Experience driving organizational change management and AI adoption across both technical and non-technical stakeholders in large, diverse business settings.
