Define and execute a unified aftermarket strategy across Grain and Protein businesses Build an operating rhythm and KPI system that improves profitability, service levels, and customer loyalty Increase aftermarket revenue and contribution margins through customer experience improvements, channel alignment, and enhanced parts/service delivery Strengthen GPT's value proposition by improving aftermarket responsiveness and reliability Establish the blueprint to expand globally after achieving traction in North America Be a role model of the Winning Culture of GPT. The role will be based out of our Assumption facility, our NA HQ. Significant travel can be expected to HQ, Distribution Centers, Channel Partners, and End Customers.
