To be successful in this role the individual must provide the highest level of front-line customer service to Oak Harbor Freight Lines internal and external customers. Key customers include maintenance, service and purchasing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provide support regarding invoice problems, and general information. Enter Vendor Repair Order's into TMT system; ensure all information regarding parts, labor, and inventory and maintenance records are correctly captured to track equipment history. Reconcile and audit regular vendor statements and resolve payment problems, credits, etc. with AP and vendors as needed. Send out licensing documents as needed to internal customer Manage toll bridge passes, charges and pass equipment problems Other maintenance admin office duties as assigned.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

1-2 years' experience in a role requiring customer interaction preferred. Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of vendors and purchasing issues successfully. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Strong PC proficiency and experience using MS Office products. AS400 experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to organize multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to organize multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. H.S. diploma or GED/equivalent. Accounting coursework and skills preferred.

Competitive Hourly Pay:

Earn between $22.51 and $28.87 per hour. Your paid overtime
