Overview Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is hiring for a Requirements Management Co-Op in Richland, WA. This position will support Navarro-ATL. Navarro-ATL is located in Richland, WA and operates, manages, and maintains the 222-S Laboratory Complex for the Department of Energy. Navarro-ATL members are Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. (Oak Ridge, TN), and Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International (Gaithersburg, MD). Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities The Requirements Management Co-Op will support the Requirements Management team in ensuring project requirements are defined, documented, tracked, and managed throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers exposure to a variety of engineering, technical, and regulatory projects within a highly regulated environment. The Co-Op will gain practical experience in requirements processes, document control, and compliance tracking. Assist in gathering, documenting, and organizing project requirements from stakeholders. Support the creation and maintenance of requirements documentation within database. Participate in requirements review meetings, taking notes and updating records as needed. Work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders. Contribute to process improvements and best practices for requirements management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements A U.S. citizen. At least 18 years of age. An active full-time student during the two semesters/quarters immediately preceding the assignment. Maintain an overall GPA of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale) during their college enrollment. Students at Washington State University, Tri-Cities (WSU-TC), Columbia Basin College (CBC), or any online students living locally who are enrolled in a degree program that relates to Navarro-ATL's and Hanford's cleanup mission Desired Qualifications Pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation Grade Business Co-Op Soph:
$21.00/hr
Grade Business Co-Op Jr:
$24.60/hr
Grade Business Co-Op Sr:
$28.00/hr The grade level offered to the selected candidate will be based on business needs and the candidate's education, training, and/or relevant experience.
