Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions Statement(s) Process shipments for day-to-day operations of Holman's FTZ sites in accordance with the FTZ procedures manual and federal regulations. Prepare and submit all required daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual documentation and forms to Customs and Border Patrol on a timely basis. Work closely with Holman Operations staff to achieve optimal flow of merchandise and timely submission of reports. Maintain proper record keeping required for operations of Holman FTZ sites. Maintain the FTZ inventory control and record keeping system. Validate FTZ data against clients import documentation as needed to ensure accuracy of integration and information. Provide regular updates and reports to direct management regarding all activities related to the FTZ. Assist in troubleshooting inventory discrepancies and report as necessary. Research and analyze discrepancies discovered during daily operations. Collaborate with U.S. Customs during on-site audits, supplying required documentation and information as requested. Manage recordkeeping of import and Customs documents. Assist in preparation and submission of annual reports to U.S. Customs and the FTZ Board. Carry out all responsibilities in compliance with applicable food safety, SQF, and/or USDA regulations, protocols, and standard operating procedures. Perform all duties in compliance with appropriate safety and security standards. All other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
Two years of college/ equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Two (2) years related experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment & customer service experience. One (1) to two (2) years of FTZ administrative experience preferred.
Computer Skills:
Basic computer or tablet skills; basic office equipment. Experience with FTZ software preferred. Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook) required.
Abilities:
Ability to multi-task, customer service skills, attention to detail, time management, effective analytical skills.
Communication:
Professional written and oral communications skills and attendance punctuality required.
Interpersonal Skills:
