Pay:

base + tips. Duties Greet guests promptly with a friendly attitude, taking orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest expectations are exceeded. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Manage tables effectively by bussing, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service hours. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other reservation platforms. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely delivery of orders. Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours. Proven ability in upselling menu items and enhancing sales through effective suggestive selling techniques like OpenTable reservations or direct recommendations. Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or guest services will be advantageous. Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities are required. Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment such as a nightclub or upscale restaurant setting.
