• Part-time, Full-time We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides to join our team on Long Island, NY.

In this role, you will provide daily care and support to residents within our facility, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities and are currently hiring for AM and PM shifts. What we offer

• Perform daily personal care needs for clients within our facility Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and/ or incontinent care Documentation of care on client daily duty sheets Maintain clutter free resident rooms Escort clients to and from appointments as needed Adhere & maintain policies, procedures & standards of care within the facility
