Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff. Mix and serve drinks expertly, adhering to standard recipes and presentation standards, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures, while maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards. Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management, ensuring prompt service during busy hours. Assist with food handling, serving, and catering setups for banquets or special events, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Engage with customers proactively to upsell beverages or menu items, boosting sales while providing exceptional customer service. Experience Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety. Experience in brewing or beverage preparation adds value; certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in diverse settings.
