Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Assist guests with menu inquiries, special requests, and dietary needs to enhance their dining experience Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Support the serving team by delivering food and beverages when needed, ensuring guest needs are met promptly Uphold cleanliness standards in the host stand and dining areas, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times Experience Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to create positive guest interactions Experience working with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with guests and team members Familiarity with hotel or guest services environments can be a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism Knowledge of hospitality standards including guest relations, serving procedures, and phone etiquette Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a lively environment, and ready to make every guest's visit memorable!
