Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such ensuring efficiency and accuracy Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues swiftly, and foster positive guest relations to ensure satisfaction Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize table turnover Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to handle multiple tables efficiently Culinary experience or background in food preparation is highly desirable Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and billing accuracy Experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase revenue Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
