WALKING FLOOR DRIVER . MUST HAVE CLASS A CDL & EXPERIENCE

About us We are professional Compost facility. Long Island Compost is seeking a Driver to join our team in Yaphank, NY.

The Position:

The driver is responsible for driving to various customer locations and back to Long Island Compost. This position will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper delivery of materials, and ensuring compliance with all company policies.

Requirements:

Must have Experience with Dump trailers Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop while transporting materials. Must be able to operate a manual & Automatic transmission vehicle. Must be able to work in all weather conditions and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment. Must be able to work overtime as needed. Must have a valid Class A driver's license and clean driving record. Must have Experience with Flat Bed trailers and/or Roll Offs Must be able to work

Saturdays Responsibilities:

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on assigned equipment.
