We are hiring a reliable Warehouse Assistant for our Bloomington California warehouse. Position Summary The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations under the Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager. This is a hands on role focused on receiving storage picking packing shipping returns inventory accuracy warehouse organization and safe work habits. Schedule Monday to Friday 8 30 AM to 5 00 PM with meal and rest periods provided under California law. Pay Range

per hour. Language Mandarin Chinese and English communication skills are required for job related warehouse communication with internal operations team members warehouse staff carriers and cross functional partners. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations

• Assist with receiving put away picking packing shipping returns and warehouse organization.
• Load unload move label sort and stage products according to warehouse procedures.
• Pick and pack orders accurately according to order requirements.
• Prepare packages pallets labels and shipping documents as directed.
• Keep assigned warehouse areas clean organized and safe. Inventory Support
• Assist with cycle counts stock checks location audits and inventory reconciliation.
• Report shortages overages damaged goods missing items and location discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Record inventory movements accurately in WMS ERP spreadsheets barcode systems or other company tools.
• Help maintain accurate storage locations product labels and item counts. Quality and Documentation
• Check incoming and outgoing goods for visible damage labeling issues packaging concerns quantity discrepancies and incorrect items.
• Take photos and notes for damaged incorrect missing or returned items as directed.
• Follow SOPs for receiving storage picking packing shipping returns and inventory control.
• Escalate quality inventory safety or workflow issues in a timely manner. Qualifications
• 1 or more years of warehouse distribution fulfillment logistics inventory shipping or receiving experience preferred.
• Mandarin Chinese and English communication skills required for job related operations communication.
• Basic scanner computer WMS ERP Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience is a plus but not required at the time of application.
• Strong attention to detail reliability teamwork and safety awareness.
• Must be able to work onsite in Bloomington California.
• Employment is contingent on verification of authorization to work in the United States as required by federal law. Physical Requirements This role may require standing and walking for extended periods bending reaching climbing steps and occasionally lifting pushing pulling or moving items up to 25 to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
