Warehouse Associate

Comfort Flooring & Design Center is looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays a critical role in keeping our installations and customer orders running smoothly each day. This is a physical, fast-paced position that requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well with a team.

Responsibilities:

Pull and stage materials for upcoming installations Load installers and customer pick-up orders accurately Unload incoming freight and organize materials in the warehouse Verify materials against work orders to ensure accuracy Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse Assist with checking in inventory and inspecting materials for damage Operate a forklift safely and efficiently Work closely with our Warehouse & Customer Service Manager to ensure jobs are pulled correctly and on time

Requirements:

Must be dependable with strong attendance and punctuality Ability to regularly lift and move 75+ lbs Comfortable with physical labor and being on your feet throughout the day Forklift experience required Experience operating a forklift with a carpet boom preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with good communication skills Valid driver's license preferred

Preferred Experience:

Warehouse experience in the flooring or construction industry Experience handling carpet, LVP, hardwood, tile, or related materials

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
