Part-Time Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team at the Snohomish Co-op, a locally owned farm and feed store. This position plays a vital role in the smooth operation of our store by ensuring inventory is received, stocked, and prepared for customer pickup or delivery. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-minded, and familiar with agricultural or feed products.

Responsibilities:

Greet Customers as they come into the Warehouse. Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments. Accurately stock and organize products in the warehouse and retail floor as needed. Load customer purchases and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper handling. Assistwith inventory counts, restocking, and rotation of products. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely (training provided)[18+ for forklift operation]. Fill Propane tanks on equipment and for customers (18+). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate product flow and customer needs. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent injury and product damage.

Qualifications & Skills:

Priorwarehouse, stocking, or shipping/receiving experience preferred, but notrequired. Familiarity with feed, livestock supplies, or agricultural products is a plus. Ability to lift and carry up to 80lbsregularly. Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment, indoors and outdoors in all weather. Strong attention to detail and organization. Team-oriented withgood communicationskills. Forklift experience or certification is a bonus (or willingness to betrained). Reliable attendance anda strongwork ethic.

Salary Range:

$17.50-$19.00/hour depending on experience
