Warehouse Associate Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves order picking, inventory handling, product tagging, warehouse organization, and assisting with shirt sublimation and embroidery production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to learn new skills. Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Assemble pickboxes for products and maintain proper stock levels. Tag products using a tag gun. Assist with shirt sublimation and embroidery processes. Maintain inventory accuracy and organization throughout the warehouse. Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe. Meet daily productivity and order fulfillment goals. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications Basic computer knowledge. Ability to read and write effectively. Strong attention to detail for inventory accuracy and order picking. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet daily quotas. Experience with or willingness to learn shirt sublimation and embroidery. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and climbing ladders required. Ability to work in varying temperatures, including extreme heat and cold. Strong work ethic and reliable attendance. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse preferred but not required , Fulfillment, or production experience preferred but not required.
