Warehouse Associate

With over 40 years of industry experience, Hybrid Digital has cemented itself as one of the most dependable and trusted sources for on-demand print and fulfillment. What is my role? The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control activities. This role helps maintain accurate inventory levels, ensures timely order fulfillment, and supports a safe and organized work environment. This position may rotate and support different warehouse functions and operational areas based on business and production needs. What You'll Do Receive and unload incoming shipments Verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders Store inventory in assigned warehouse locations Pick and prepare orders accurately for production or shipping Pull garments and preprints for production orders Perform stocker duties, replenishment, and inventory organization Support receiving operations and material transfers Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical inventory activities Pack and label orders according to company standards Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, scanners, and forklifts (if certified) Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization following 5S standards Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or safety concerns Support transfers between departments or warehouse locations Assist in different operational positions and responsibilities as needed Support production areas when required based on workload and operational demands Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines Perform other duties as assigned What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred Basic computer and scanner experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Flexibility to support multiple operational areas and tasks Hybrid Apparel is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
