Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, unload, and organize inventory safely and efficiently Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against orders and processing inbound and outbound deliveries Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using order picker tools and warehouse management systems (WMS) Stock shelves, organize inventory locations, and ensure products are stored correctly for easy access and safety compliance Utilize basic math skills to count stock accurately, calculate weights, and verify order quantities during picking and packing processes Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using warehouse management systems like AS400 or similar platforms Support warehouse distribution operations by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized workspace Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems), and RF scanners safely Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for stocking, order picking, and packing tasks Basic math skills for counting stock, measuring weights, and verifying quantities accurately Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 or similar platforms is advantageous Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods throughout the shift Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions precisely Embark on a rewarding career journey where your energy fuels our success!
