• Friday, 6:00 AM
• 2:30 PM Opportunity for overtime based on business needs What You'll Do Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and inspecting for damage Organize and store inventory to maintain accurate counts and efficient access Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy Load and unload trucks using sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment Operate warehouse equipment safely while following all safety guidelines Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and process orders Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and quality inspections Collaborate with team members to support daily warehouse and distribution operations Safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs What We're Looking For 6+ months of warehouse or distribution experience Experience with forklifts (sit-down preferred), palletizing, picking, or staging Comfortable using a WMS or basic computer systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment Commitment to workplace safety and reliability Preferred (Not Required) Prior forklift certification Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments Experience handling plastic materials or similar products Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kutztown, PA.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00
